This month we visit one of the busiest airport in the world, John F. Kennedy International Airport and is often referred to as Kennedy Int'l or JFK.

 

Kennedy Int'l is the primary international airport serving New York City. It is the busiest international air passenger gateway into North America. Opened as New York International Airport in 1948, it was commonly known as Idlewild Airport before being renamed in 1963 in memory of John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States, following his assassination.

 

Pilots can expect a lot of traffic as Kennedy Int'l will be part of the Let's Go Clubin Crossfire event held by ZNY & SAN JUAN CERAP.

 

Canadian Xpress would like to invite all pilots & virtual airlines to join us on Saturday, May 12th at 10h00edt (14h00z) and 21h00edt (Sunday 01h00z) for our May 2018 fly-in where we fly from Ottawa (CYOW) to Kennedy Int'l (KJFK).

 

This is an open invitation to all pilots no matter what your flying experience to attend this Canadian Xpress event that will be flown on the VATSIM network.
