Owen steps into this new role after being the FIR's Events Coordinator, with a C1 rating in the division. VATCAN also wishes to thank Matheson Shenher for his hard work in the role of FIR Chief, and we wish him nothing but continued success, both personally and here on VATSIM. Congratulations, Owen!
